RONS ORG CONVENTION 2009 MOSCOW
Dear Friends!
2nd - 3rd October 2009
the Ron’s Org Convention will take place in Moscow, Russia.
We invite Scientologists on lines at all standard Ron's Orgs from various
countries of the world. Also invited are Free Zone Scientologists not
on Ron´s Org lines, but who are friendly to Ron´s Orgs.
The goal is to meet together, to
be friends, for establishing or recovering communication lines, for exchanging
of experience in expansion of Scientology groups, for creating and applying
in life new common projects, for association of people and better dissemination
of Scientology in those countries and all over the world.
The motto of the Convention is: Be in Touch!
Lectures, art presentations, dancing, bar and many, many communication
(translators will help You).
The Convention will take place in one of the hotels near Moscow.
The convention will start with the evening meal on Friday 2nd October
(19:00 Moscow time).
We recommend you arrive at the hotel during Friday (ideally around 15:00
Moscow time).
Registration before 31st of July:
Full cost for the convention, including 2 nights, food, coffee-breaks,
etc. (Friday till Sunday) is:
Food: buffet (smorgasbord ) three meals a day.
Sending your request by 31 of July:
There are 2 room apartments (with 2 beds).
• 1 person accommodation – Euro 310 (one person occupying a double apartment).
• 2 persons accommodation – Euro 360 (2 beds. Euro 180 per Person).
• 3 persons accommodation – Euro 456 (2 beds + 1 added bed. Euro 152 per
Person.).
• 4 persons accommodation – Euro 548 (2 beds + 2 added beds. Euro 137
per Person.).
130 for the room and meal per additional day (applies only for Thursday to Friday or Wednesday to Friday )
• 1 person accommodation – Euro 130 (one person
occupying a double apartment).
• 2 persons accommodation – Euro 130 (2 beds. Euro 65 per Person).
• 3 persons accommodation – Euro 151 (2 beds + 1 added bed. Euro 51 per
Person.).
• 4 persons accommodation – Euro 172 (2 beds + 2 added beds. Euro 43 per
Person.).
If you send your request after 31 of July:
• 1 person accommodation – Euro 390 (one person
occupying a double apartment).
• 2 persons accommodation – Euro 520 (2 beds. Euro 260 per Person).
• 3 persons accommodation – Euro 571 (2 beds + 1 added bed. Euro 191 per
Person).
• 4 persons accommodation – Euro 652 (2 beds + 2 added beds. Euro 163
per Person.).

occupying a double apartment).
• 2 persons accommodation – Euro 130 (2 beds. Euro 65 per Person).
• 3 persons accommodation – Euro 151 (2 beds + 1 added bed. Euro 51 per
Person.).
• 4 persons accommodation – Euro 172 (2 beds + 2 added beds. Euro 43 per
Person.).
The Price includes:
• Accomodation
• Food + coffee breaks
• Cost of Transfer of money
• The invitation needed to apply for the visa, (but not including the
price for the visa itself).
Alcoholic drinks can to be purchased seperately.
The taxi, transfer, transportion to and from the airport are paid separately:
At Euro 50 each way (up to 4 persons is the same price) i.e. Euro 100
for both ways.
We are expecting that you will send us your registration
requests regarding your participating in the RO Convention in advance,
and also that you will transfer the money into the special account by
the 31st of July 2009.
Also, if you pay for, but do not arrive at the Convention, the money is
not refundable.
Please contact us if you wish to contribute to the convention with a lecture
or an announcement.
